What People Are Saying…

“Our programming through Grow Dialogue was easily one of the best investments I’ve made in my team and their development in a long time. While we are known for our incredible culture, orientation to action, and love for sport – we sometimes in Talent Acquisition and HR forget to sharpen our tools in constructive communication and driving innovation through improving culture. My teams across the globe feel significantly more confident in communicating with each other; and the impact the Grow Dialogue training has made is already visible in our day to day work. ”

— Senior Director, Nike, Inc.

“Shortly after Donald Trump was elected, I asked Grow Dialogue to facilitate an Authentic Dialogue with our staff here at Macy’s Systems & Technology offices as a way to ease some of the tensions with our diverse staff. Participants reported that it was a good session and they enjoyed the way that they facilitated. In a meeting today with one of our VP’s, a participant shared that listening to an opposing viewpoint through the format of Authentic Dialogue helped him to view things differently and he really appreciated that.”

— LaTrice Ross - Manager for Diversity & Inclusion - Macy's Corporate

“My experience with Grow Dialogue’s work was transformative. Like most people I loved to debate and vanquish any opposition to my viewpoints which I hold not only sacred but obviously correct. During our session, I was able to see the value in an “authentic dialogue” with another human being rather than an opponent to defeat. Finding value in another viewpoint, no matter how diametrically opposed to it I may have been has helped me to approach every debate/argument as a chance for authentic dialogue and understanding.”

— Douglas Orr - Workshop Participant, Charlotte, NC

“Grow Dialogue’s Authentic Dialogue Vs. Debate workshop was a treat in person as well as online. They have a real talent for facilitating these potentially-difficult conversations while showing us a better way to engage in them in the future. We’ll definitely be asking for more sessions!”

— Karl Keefer - Co-Director at Alder Commons, Portland, OR
