Ashley Page is currently Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Endeavor. She is responsible for the overall direction, design and implementation of its’ Global Ethics & Compliance Program, which drives compliant, speak-up culture across all of Endeavor’s business lines including UFC, WME and IMG. Her contributions drive Endeavor's effort to mitigate critical areas of regulatory risk including anti-bribery, anti-money laundering, conflicts of interest, privacy/cybersecurity, and online gaming/sports betting. 

Prior to joining Endeavor in March of 2021, Ashley served as SVP and General Counsel for Learfield where she oversaw all legal and affairs for several business units including Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC), Paciolan, ANC, Mogo, and SME. In this role, Ashley led all transactional and contract matters as well as all litigation and regulatory matters across each business line. Ashley was also a founding member of Learfield's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion task force.

Ashley came to Learfield from Google, where led the legal team responsible for negotiating all commercial transactions for its' shopping/e-commerce business vertical. Before going in house, Ashley practiced in the IP Transactions Group at Alston & Bird LLP and the IP and Corporate Practice Groups at Arnold & Porter LLP.

In 2006, Ashley founded Imagine That, LLC, a dynamic image consulting service designed to provide affordable professional and personal wardrobe assistance to recent college and professional school graduates of color. She currently serves on the board of directors of the South Fulton Tennis Center and Sisters Code, a non-profit organization that helps bridge the technology gender gap for women. Ashley also serves as pro bono counsel to NBA star Anthony Edwards’ nonprofit initiative, Don’t Follow the Wave, Inc.

Ashley received her Bachelor of Arts degree in History, summa cum laude, from Spelman College in 2001 and her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2004.  She served one year as clerk to the Honorable Justice Joette Katz of the Connecticut State Supreme Court and is admitted to the bar in New York, Georgia and the District of Columbia.  While at Spelman, Ashley joined the Eta Kappa Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
