Co-Creating A Thriving Family Culture

On-Demand Self-Paced Training

Co-Creating A Thriving Family Culture is a training designed for individuals in relationships and families with children who want to be intentional about learning new skills and processes for making decisions and resolving conflicts peacefully and collaboratively.

Are you…

Tired of yelling at your children?

Tired of arguing with your partner?

Tired of having power struggles?

Wanting to improve on your conscious/non-violent parenting practices?

Tired of communication breakdowns with family members that breed resentment?

“We’re Breaking Generational Curses”

We live during an era where more and more individuals and families are conscious and aware of the relationship trauma and dysfunction that we have all inherited due to centuries of toxic and oppressive social systems that have leveraged physical violence and verbal abuse to maintain power-over and control of others (primarily BIPOC people, women, and children) being passed down from generation to generation.

This heightened consciousness has led to a collective desire to break toxic cycles, yet many people don’t know where or how to start replacing the old ways with the new. Our Co-Creating A Thriving Family Culture training will equip you with the system, tools, and skills your family needs to implement meaningful and lasting change!

A sustainable system for people who want family relationships built on authenticity, understanding, & trust.

Co-Creating A Thriving Family Culture is a practical, effective, and proven training program that provides structure and accountability for achieving positive behavior change.

What People Are Saying

"I'm deeply thankful for the shared knowledge in this workshop and for the committed work Sundiata, Maryella, and Tomis are doing. I find the given tools to be essential for my own wellbeing as for creating a more tolerant and aware family environment. I believe authentic dialogue is the key for better understanding and healthier communities."

- Fumagalli G.

"Co-Creating A Thriving Family Culture training was a transformative experience that supported myself and partner to find greater alignment, solidify our family values, and find common language to define the ways in which we choose to communicate, collaborate, co-exist, and live.

A beautiful dance between theory and practice, my partner and I walked away feeling more confident in our quest and abilities to center relationship, more inspired to tune into and develop our emotional intelligence & engage in authentic dialogue and more excited to pursue collaborative parenting/connection practices to do our part in creating a very different world for our kids and future generations.

Sundiata, Maryella & Tomis are skilled and caring facilitators whose presence and authenticity helped to create a safe and welcoming environment where we felt safe to be vulnerable and learn with and from one another. The sessions were grounding and informative, while also feeling light, easeful and fun. It was truly a special gift to be in community with such wonderful, knowledgeable, brave, and real humans!"

- Sari G.

We resonated immediately with the concepts and methods we worked on in the workshop. We have incorporated into our daily lives lots of new strategies based on what we learned. It’s even reflected in the way we interact in working scenarios.
